Emina Kwok’s real estate experience extends across the areas of commercial and residential acquisition and dispositions, finance, development and leasing. She represents international, national, and local investors, institutions and individuals with a wide range of asset classes, including mixed-use projects, resort hotels, offices, restaurants, retail spaces, auto dealerships, and condominium developments.

Emina guides developers through the process of developing common-interest communities from land acquisition and planning through sales and turnover. She also advises on real estate and transient occupancy matters including local licensing and permitting laws, as well as compliance with federal law including Securities and Exchange Commission regulations and the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act of 1968.



  • Represented Black Dragon Capital in connection with its acquisition of Grass Valley, a leading technology supplier of advanced broadcast and media solutions, with operations in over 20 different jurisdictions worldwide.
  • Represented an affiliate of Centre Partners in connection with its acquisition of Boomerang Laboratories, Inc., a manufacturer of liquid products for personal care, household and pharmaceutical use.
  • Represented Blue Wolf Capital Partners, LLC in connection with its acquisition of Kirlin Design Build LLC, one of the country’s leading engineering and construction companies, focused on large, complex federal and private sector projects. 
  • Lead a 51-jurisdiction, residential leasing project for a multibillion-dollar online real estate company.
  • Represented the purchaser in an international acquisition of multiple automotive dealerships.
  • Represented developers in luxury real estate projects, including:
    • A 76-acre, mixed-use, urban complex featuring a hotel and casino, condominium-hotel tower, luxury condominium towers, and an ultra high-end retail mall.°
    • Integrating a 500,000 square foot, mixed-use property with two towers for a total of 2,550 condominium hotel and hotel units into an existing casino complex.°
    • Two 64-story, condominium-hotel towers with more than 1,000 units each.°
    • Three 38-story, condominium-hotel towers with 576 units each.°
    • Two 45-story towers and 636 condominium units.°
