  • Advised Encompass Digital Media Group, Inc, a portfolio company of Court Square Partners, on its acquisition of Babcock's Media Services.°
  • Advised Astorg Asset Management in its acquisition of IGM Resins, a global manufacturer and innovator of ultraviolet curable materials, from Arsenal Capital Partners.°
  • Advised Quilvest Private Equity on the continuing obligations and post-acquisition corporate filings in relation to Phaidon International, a global specialist recruitment firm.°
  • Advised Queensgate Investments LLP, in relation to ongoing corporate matters..°
  • Advised Fylde Community Link on its merger with Ormerod Trust.°
  • Advised Coveris Holdings S.A., a portfolio company of Sun Capital Partners, on the sale of its Global Rigid Business for €700 million to Lindsay Goldberg LLC.°
  • Advised an American mid-market private equity firm in an auction bid for a UK-based up market spirits manufacturer and bottling business.°
  • Advised Nexera (a joint venture of Infracapital and Nokia) an infrastructural telecommunications group, on the over PLN 1 billion financing extended by a consortium of premier lenders: European Investment Bank; ING Poland; Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego; PKO Bank Polski; and Santander Bank Polska. °
  • Advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in relation to several bilateral lending transactions in CEE and Central Asia (loan value between USD 12-60 m).°
  • Advised Apollo Capital Management, LLC on the establishment of a USD $ 3 billion Hybrid Value debt- equity fund.°
  • Advised AGC Equity Partners on a launch of a new segregated portfolio company, within their existing fund structure.°

  • Advised HDI International AG and Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company in connection with the acquisition of the remaining shares in Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa S.A. from Getin Holding S.A. and Getin Noble Bank S.A.
  • Advised Allianz S.E. in connection with the EUR 2.5 billion acquisition of Aviva’s Polish life and non-life insurance, pensions and asset management businesses, and 51% stakes in life and non-life bancassurance joint ventures with Santander.
  • Advised Bricks Acquisitions Limited in connection with the sale of ROBYG S.A. to a wholly owned subsidiary of TAG Immobilien AG. Bricks Acquisitions Limited is owned by Goldman Sachs Asset Management together with funds advised by affiliates of Centerbridge Partners L.P. and ROBYG management.
  • Advised Boombit on its sale of a part of its shareholding in SuperScale to Level-Up, a British venture capital fund.°
  • Advised on an auction sale of a large Europe-wide logistics business.°
  • Advised Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., in the sale of a pharmaceutical business for an expected consideration of $1 billion.°
  • Assisted in connection with Polish law aspects of the acquisition of certain Polish manufacturing assets, which were a part of a larger Swiss-French target group.°
  • Advised Judges Scientific plc in relation to an acquisition of a target in the life sciences sector.°
  • Advised in connection with Polish law aspects of the acquisition of an industrial site in Poland.°
  • Advised one of the leading, London-based alternative asset managers on its acquisition of a Dubai-based asset management business.°
  • Advised Centaur Media plc, a London listed business information, events and marketing provider which owns The Lawyer magazine, on completion and post completion matters in relation to the sale of four of its non-core divisions to various trade buyers.°
  • Advised BXR Group on a large scale cross-border restructuring involving multiple jurisdictions.°
