Alan McBeth is a registered patent attorney representing high technology companies and inventors seeking to protect their intellectual property. His clients are at the cutting edge of innovation, from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Alan counsels clients and works directly with inventors to develop and implement patent protection approaches to develop and manage complex patent portfolios. He has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications, both domestically and internationally.

Alan has over 14 years of experience advising clients and protecting innovations relating to artificial intelligence and machine learning, across technology areas such as computing security, augmented/virtual reality, automated vehicles, generative AI, natural language processing, real-time logistics, audio/video processing, big data mining, content recommendation, and genetic sequencing. He has also has experience with many other fields of computing technology including cloud computing, integrated circuits, information storage and management, mobile computing, hardware acceleration.
