Robert R. McDonald has wide ranging experience in transactional matters, and focuses his practice on real estate and financial institution matters, representing domestic and foreign lenders, borrowers, investors, developers, landlords and tenants. In addition to a thriving real estate practice, Robert practices in the areas of wills and trusts, probating estates, the purchase and sale of businesses, and contractual matters with state agencies.
