- Represented Black Dragon Capital in connection with its acquisition of Grass Valley, a leading technology supplier of advanced broadcast and media solutions, with operations in over 20 different jurisdictions worldwide.
- Advised Parcom, a Dutch private equity firm, on the acquisition of MAIN Energie.
- Advised Andlinger, a Belgian private equity party, on its friendly public offer for specialty paper producer Crown Van Gelder N.V., listed on Euronext Amsterdam. Advised Andlinger, a Belgian private equity party, on the divestment of its portfolio company Nebus, a leading customer loyalty solutions and promotional programs provider to European corporations.
- Advised Eska Graphic Boards, a Dutch paper manufacturer, on its project documentation for building a reject gasification installation.
- Advised TomTom, a manufacturer of navigation and mapping products listed on Euronext Amsterdam, on the acquisition of Fleetlogic, a leading Dutch fleet management services provider.
- Advised Friesland Campina on the sale of the Friso Benelux brand and business and the sale of its former group company Hoogesteeger Fresh Specialist BV to Jamaica Producers Group Ltd.
- Advised the Hessing family on the repurchase of a 45% stake in Hessing BV, a Dutch market leader in vegetable cutting and processing, from The Greenery.
- Advised Royal Dutch Shell on the disposal of its entire downstream retail and forecourt business in Africa, involving 19 countries across the continent in six separate completions and on the incorporation of the respective joint venture structure, governance and statutory track stock mechanism.
- Advised Dong Energy on the incorporation and governance of a joint venture with SSE for wind farms in the North Sea.
- Advised DSM on its divestment program, including the sale of DSM Agro, DSM Melamine, Citric Acid, Stamicarbon as well as its energy interests and investments to realize its ambition to focus on Life Sciences and Materials Sciences.
- Advised EBN, the natural gas exploration, production, transportation and sale company owned by the Dutch Government, on its participation in the Bergermeer Gas Storage project.
- Advised Gazprom its participation and governance in the South Stream joint venture, setting up the gas pipeline to transport Russian natural gas through the Black Sea to Bulgaria and further to Greece, Italy and Austria.
- Advised energy company Nuon on the sale to energy company Eneco of its heat and electricity production facilities in Utrecht and the connected primary grid.
- Advised Nuon Energy on the acquisition of a gas fired power plant from Electrabel, a company that forms part of the GDF Suez group.
- Advised Qurrent, a provider of green energy, on its acquisition of Windpark Hellegatsplein from amongst others Rabo Bank Project Equity, including the acquisition and project finance work.
- Advised Vale, the Brazilian mining company, on the structuring of a Dutch joint venture company, with its joint venture partners, Mitsui and Mosaic Company.

- Advised Yard Energy on joint ventures with ABN AMRO Bank (PF Energy) and Lagerwey Wind, a leading Dutch manufacturer of wind mills.

- Advising Redwave on settlement agreement, finance documentation and tax issue regarding employee incentive.

- Advised Olympus Capital Asia on its strategic partnership with Credit Access Asia and the $ 30 mio fund raise.
- Advised ABN AMRO on the sale of its pension insurance advisory business on (semi) collective and individual pension arrangements in respect of SME clients and individuals, on its insurance joint venture with Delta Lloyd and on the sale of its corporate client pension brokerage business.
- Advised BNP Paribas Real Estate on its acquisition of the real estate portfolio and service capabilities of Aberdeen.
- Advised Credit Management & Investor Solutions on its bid on Insolveon in an auction process of ABN Amro and on its acquisition of Welke Beheer, a holding company of various enterprises in the financial sector.
- Advised UBS on the acquisition of the Dutch asset management company ‘De Vermogensgroep.
- Advised Gilde on the Dutch public bid rules and on the squeeze out of the remaining minority shareholders of Teleplan, a Dutch company listed in Germany.
- Advised Proact IT Group, a company listed in Sweden, on its acquisition of Data Basement and the reorganisation of its group structure.
- Advised a telecom company on the 50% participation in another company.
- Advising on the shareholders agreement regarding Creative Clicks.
- Advised Gjensidige, the listed Norwegian insurance company, on the acquisition of Nordisk Forsikrings Services, a Scandinavian provider of expat and travel insurance, from De Goudse.
- Advised Van Lanschot on the acquisition of Kempen & Co, on its remaining minority interest in and setting up the insurance joint venture with De Goudse and on acquisitions and disposals in France.Advised Onegini on a capital raise and its corporate governance when a new investor participated.
