Sarah Mernin is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Real Estate Practice. She advises clients on a variety of legal needs related to real estate acquisitions and leasing. Her practice is concentrated on telecommunications, media, technology, and cloud computing.

Sarah also has experience with landlord/tenant conflicts, and easement disputes, as well as zoning, subdivision, eminent domain, and other land use disputes.
