Maksim Y. Mints is a patent agent in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office. Maksim leads invention disclosure interviews and ideation sessions with clients and drafts domestic and international patent applications for businesses of all sizes in industries including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, medical devices, mechanical technologies, and financial services. He conducts interviews with patent examiners to advance the prosecution of patent applications. Maksim also drafts responses to communications from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

His patent litigation experience includes conducting source code reviews and preparing infringement contentions. He prepares discovery requests and invalidity contentions and develops strategies for claim construction and Markman hearings. Maksim consults with technical experts for the preparation of expert reports and provides technical analysis to economists for preparation of damages reports.
