Paige Nestel represents clients in litigation matters, with a focus on complex commercial litigation, class actions, consumer fraud and business disputes. She advocates for clients from case inception through resolution, and has experience trying cases in both state and federal court.

Additionally, Paige has an active pro bono practice and is involved with Greenberg Traurig’s Women’s Initiative in New Jersey.

  • Polanco v. Star Career Academy, et al., 2018 WL 3580158 (N.J. Super. Ct. App. Div. July 26, 2018). Obtained reversal of $2.96 million jury verdict on evidentiary grounds and decertification of 1,135-member class in case alleging violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
  • Air Express Intl v. Log-Net, Inc., 2016 WL 5334659 (D.N.J. Sept. 22, 2016). Secured grant of partial summary judgment dismissing counterclaims for misappropriation of trade secrets, trademark infringement, tortious interference, and unjust enrichment.
