Anita E. J. Ninan is an international business attorney focusing her practice on U.S. business immigration and nationality law as well as global mobility, with previous international work experience in a British multinational bank and U.S. law firms. Anita is dual licensed and is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and in India. Anita provides legal advice regarding the temporary and permanent transfers of foreign nationals, including professionals, managers, executives, and persons of extraordinary ability, for the purposes of employment. She prepares and reviews employment-based non-immigrant petitions (B, E, H-1B, E3, L, O, and TN visas), and immigrant petitions, as well as adjustment of status and consular processing visa applications. Anita represents clients across a range of industries, such as logistics and transportation, information technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, retail, management consulting, and telecommunications.
