Adriano Nocerino

Adriano focuses his practice on Real Estate law, M&A, and Corporate law and is a lecturer in corporate law and real estate law at Masters of the Business School of Sole 24 Ore. Adriano represents clients in Italian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance issues, and real estate transactions related to development, leasing and sale of real estate portfolios. Adriano negotiates and drafts operative and ancillary agreements in addition to conducting due diligence. He also counsels domestic companies (both S.p.A. and S.r.l.) in their day-to-day corporate activity.
