Profile
Nicholas (“Nick”) Nunn counsels clients on real estate transactions in the telecommunications, media, and technology markets, with a focus on the acquisition, development, and leasing of data centers, antenna towers, cable systems and an array of related digital infrastructure.
Nick also guides a spectrum of clients through all facets of the real estate development process, including (i) residential developers (single and multi-family), (ii) shopping center developers, and (iii) landlords and tenants in the retail, office, and industrial markets. Whether your deal is a patch of dirt at the starting line or a portfolio of fully developed assets for sale to an end investor, Nick provides tailored strategies to guide you through to closing.
Outside of his regular practice, Nick serves as pro-bono counsel to non-profit organizations pushing for voting rights reform, with a particular emphasis on the roll back or avoidance of Jim Crow era laws designed to prevent politically disfavored subgroups from accessing the ballot box.
