Alberto Ortiz is a member of the Labor and Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Mexico City office. He focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation, including hearings before local and federal Conciliation and Arbitration Boards and in amparo proceedings, always seeking to reduce litigation risk by proposing negotiation strategies. He has also experience regarding recruitment, employment agreements, benefits and compensation, internal policies, and codes of conduct. Alberto has advised clients in employer substitution processes and labor audits.
