  • Represented a Singaporean company in relation to a claim arising under the terms of a share purchase agreement for breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraudulent misrepresentation.°
  • Acted for a multi-national corporation in a global investigation into allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, and subsequent coordinated settlements with the UK Serious Fraud Office, French Parquet National Financier, U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Department of State.°
  • Represented a senior executive being prosecuted by the SFO in a bribery and corruption trial.°
  • Advised an individual on a disability discrimination claim.°
  • Represented a foreign sovereign wealth fund in a defamation claim against a UK media company.°
  • Represented a senior executive in a US investigation into accounting fraud.°
