Tristan J. Reiniers focuses his practice on employment litigation, labor arbitration, and collective bargaining, with an emphasis on claims of discrimination, retaliation, and failure to accommodate disabilities, as well as unfair labor practices, actions under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, writs of certiorari challenging quasi-judicial determinations, and violations of wage-hour laws, including class and collective actions.
