Anna Robshaw focuses her practice on commercial litigation and employment matters for clients across a variety of industries and jurisdictions. She also represents broker-dealers and other financial institutions in arbitration proceedings involving employment law, contract law, and other disciplines. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Anna represented and counseled universities, community colleges, and public school districts in school law and employment matters. While in law school, Anna interned at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in the prosecution of misdemeanors and felonies. Anna also has several years of Human Resources work experience, which enables her to bring a unique perspective to her employment law practice.

  • Represented national commercial landscaping company in prosecution of trade secret misappropriation and trademark infringement claims, breach of asset purchase agreement, violations of non-competition/non-solicitation agreements, and other claims.
  • Defended large broker-dealer against employment discrimination claims in its first arbitration via Zoom videoconference, obtaining complete dismissal of all claims.
  • Provide daily updates regarding COVID-19 developments and directives to financial services client.
  • Represented large bank in defense of personal injury and contract claims resulting in complete dismissal at the Motion to Dismiss stage.
  • Represented large bank in defense of fraud claims resulting in dismissal.
  • Represented private university in defense of personal injury claims resulting in non-suit.
  • Represented public community college in employment lawsuit involving Title VII, FMLA, and ADA claims by a former employee.°
  • Represented public school district in the investigation of and response to allegations of violations of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act filed with the U.S. Dept. of Education Office for Civil Rights.°
  • Represented private university in multi-plaintiff Title IX litigation.°
