Joshua R. Sanderlin


Joshua R. Sanderlin serves in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as an associate in the Litigation and the Government Law & Policy practice groups. He advocates for clients before all three branches of government. Joshua has a background in state and federal government affairs. Prior to joining the Washington, D.C. Government Law and Policy team, Joshua was a member of the firm’s Tallahassee legislative team. He has also worked for the Florida Senate, U.S. Senator Bill Nelson and the Florida Democratic Party.

  • Florida Democratic Party, Tallahassee, FL: Focused on policy analysis and evaluation, researched legislation, provided briefs on legislation and policy areas, and designed methods for legislative analysis.
  • Office of U.S. Senator Bill Nelson, Washington, D.C.: Drafted legislative memos for the Senator’s review; Attended hearings and provided analysis of the substance; Interacted with constituents visiting Washington, D.C. and responded to constituent correspondence.
