Gagan Sandhu is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office. She has experience negotiating settlement agreements, responding to written discovery, and drafting motions in defense. She has worked with multiple global banking institutions in complex commercial litigation, including demurrers, oppositions to motion to strike or tax costs, and oppositions to motion to compel further responses. Gagan has assisted in various aspects of trial preparation for cases involving California’s Invasion of Privacy Act.
