Stephen K. Shahida


Stephen K. Shahida focuses his practice on complex patent disputes and litigation involving divergent technologies. He is experienced with graphics accelerator chips, analog and digital circuit design, disk drives, massive storage devices, integrated circuit designs, semiconductor processes, semiconductor packaging, high modulus low shrinkage fibers, Internet and e-mail services, advanced medical devices, and various aspects of telephony. Stephen handles cases before district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).

Prior to joining the firm, Stephen was a partner in the patent litigation practice of a multidisciplinary firm in Washington, D.C.



  • Boston Scientific v. Medtronic. Represented client in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit  in which the court affirmed the grant of a summary judgment that he also handled at the trial court.°
