Harpartap “Harpo” Sidhu is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s San Francisco office. Harpo drafts and reviews transactional documents representing both lender and borrower or seller and purchaser concerning loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, loan refinancing, licensing agreements, and general real estate holdings. His experience also includes the representation of clients in corporate transactions, as well as complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) related to construction development and defects, government contracts concerning bid protests, prime-subcontractor disputes, procurement, lease agreements, intellectual property, trade secrets, breach of contract, fraud, investigations, third-party audits, financial services, and securities.
