Jeremy Simmons is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Houston office. His focus is complex commercial litigation in state and federal court. He has experience representing financial institutions in banking litigation, and clients in intellectual property litigation matters. He also has experience representing clients before regulatory bodies, advising organizations on pre-litigation matters, developing compliance strategies, providing employment law counseling, legislative advocacy, and public policy.
