Lori G. Singer has years of experience assisting clients in evaluating and negotiating regulatory matters.
In the context of environmental law, she assists clients in environmental risk allocation for contaminated properties in real estate and commercial transactions. She counsels clients on Industrial Site Recovery Act (“ISRA”) compliance, complex project redevelopment, and compliance with state and federal environmental regulations.
In the context of immigration law, she focuses her practice on business immigration, assisting clients on immigration visa matters through regulatory counseling and related federal court litigation, including mandamus actions. Her clients include students, professionals, persons of extraordinary ability or background, immigrant investors, and their respective family members.
She is also experienced in complex multi-party litigation, including Superfund litigation, environmental cost recovery actions, class actions, and product liability matters in multi-district litigations (“MDL”), both in state and federal courts.

- Defended pharmaceutical company in an MDL alleging product liability personal injury claims related to phenylpropanolamine.°
- Defended tire manufacturer in connection with a putative class action alleging breach of warranty and consumer fraud claims relating to alleged tire defects.°
- Defended retailer in connection with a putative class action alleging product-related property damage.
- Represented health care system in connection with federal investigation of hospital records pertaining to Medicare outlier reimbursement claims.
