Helena Sitz is an Associate in the Infrastructure group in Germany. She advises civil services, national and international governments as well as public and private companies on matters of privatizations, public-private partnerships and project developments, including infrastructure projects within the fields of traffic and transport, health care, and telecommunications as well as supply and networks with a special focus on all aspects of public procurement, budget law and state aids law.

In addition, she advises on government law and policy as well as on regulatory matters.
