Victoria Sparks focuses on commercial development, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets. Victoria represents developers in connection with the development, financing, and ultimate sale of various asset classes to advance their portfolio strategies. She also represents buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of commercial restate estate, as well as tenants and landlords in leasing matters.

  • Represented national cooperative bank in the issuance and management of senior credit facilities ranging up to $240 million.°
  • Represented data center in the formation of a joint venture to capitalize support for the development and acquisition of over $2.5 billion of state-of-the-art data center facilities.°
  • Represented Fortune 50 technology company in the negotiation of dozens of brick-and-mortar store lease agreements across the United States.°
  • Represented private equity firm in disposition of commercial office building in the amount of $84.3 million.°
