Marco Stempin

Marco Stempin advises national and international clients in private M&A transactions (share deals and asset deals) and the structuring of Joint Ventures , corporate transformations and on all general matters of corporate law.

He focuses his practice on technology, internet, media, telecoms and real estate sectors. Marco Stempin represents private equity funds, as well as large and medium-sized domestic and international companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Marco worked for one and a half years in the Corporate/M&A Group at Hengeler Mueller in Berlin.
