Gayle Strong focuses her practice on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patents and trade secrets, and assisting clients in recognizing and developing the value of their intellectual property assets. Gayle has litigated numerous trademark and copyright infringement cases in various jurisdictions. She is licensed to practice in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and represents clients in trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in domain name dispute proceedings, as well as providing trademark clearance and trademark prosecution services. Gayle's counseling and trademark portfolio management skills include obtaining U.S. and foreign trademark registrations around the world.
Prior to earning her law degree, Gayle worked in the fields of clinical laboratory medicine, medical research and clinical product development.
