Javier A. Trejo

Javier Trejo is a member of the Immigration & Compliance Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Atlanta office, and handles global immigration matters including PERM applications, adjustment of status, employment-based I-140 immigrant petitions, and non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, O-1, and TN visas). He also has experience responding to requests for evidence, and filing appeals and motions to reopen and reconsider with USCIS and the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to law school, Javier worked as a paralegal in the Atlanta Immigration & Compliance group where he is now an attorney.
