Patrick Wu is a member of the firm’s Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice, and works closely with the Finance Practice. Patrick represents financial institutions, debtors-in-possession, committees, trustees, individual creditors, and other parties in complex restructuring transactions—both in and out of court, domestic and cross-border.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick spent two years clerking for the Honorable Bill Parker in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
