Jennifer Wunder assists clients with a wide range of transactional real estate matters related to sales, acquisitions, financing, leasing, construction contracts, other real-estate related agreements and all facets of due diligence. Jennifer also represents clients in various zoning and land use matters, including applications to and representation in front of municipal zoning hearing boards and government bodies for zoning relief and land development approvals. She also handles real estate litigation matters, including assessment appeals, land use appeals, environmental actions, and actions in mandamus.



  • Represented developer in acquisition of property and obtaining all zoning and land development approvals for a mixed-use project, including 400,000-square feet of office space for a Fortune 100 company.°
  • Represented corporate client in a $125M bond refinancing and the resolution of title and insurance issues related thereto.°
  • Represented developer in construction financing, negotiation of construction contracts, and obtaining all zoning and land development approvals for a mixed-use business park, including industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse buildings.°
  • Represented hotel developer in joint venture, including the acquisition of property, financing, and obtaining land development approvals for hotel.°
  • Represented developer landlord in leasing of office buildings to various tenants.°
  • Represented high-wealth client in purchase of 100+ acres of protected farmland.°
  • Represented financial institution in ongoing collection efforts and foreclosure actions.°
  • Represented banks and other financial institutions in various real estate and consumer financing matters.°
