Janice Ye

Janice Ye focuses her practice on complex patent litigation involving a wide range of technologies, including biotechnology, consumer products, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and software. Janice has experience in all stages of litigation, including claim construction, discovery, trial, and appeals, as well as in post-grant proceedings. Janice also counsels clients on various intellectual property and FDA regulatory issues.

  • Representation of innovator pharmaceutical company in patent disputes related to mesalamine formulations, including multiple Hatch-Waxman patent infringement litigations and an inter partes review proceeding that resulted in a decision upholding validity.°
  • Representation of manufacturer and designer of protective cases for portable electronic devices in patent-related disputes, including inter partes reviews, ITC proceedings, and a Federal Circuit appeal.°
