Brianna L. Zook focuses her practice on complex litigation, including commercial and business disputes. Ms. Zook guides her clients through all stages of litigation, including pre-suit matters, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-trial. She has represented clients in state and federal court as well as in alternative dispute resolution settings.

  • Member of team that obtained dismissal of claim alleging employer responsibility for third-party sexual harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.°

  • Member of team that developed legal and practical compliance guide for responding to sweeping state-wide legislative and administrative changes in Texas education law.
