Greenberg Traurig will host the second annual Out in Law: US LGBT Leadership Summit, set to take place at New York Law School on April 20, 2015. Greenberg Traurig will also host a VIP Leadership dinner on the evening of April 20th in conjunction with the 5th annual Out on the Street Summit, which will be hosted by Morgan Stanley at the New York Historical Society the following day. Richard Rosenbaum will be giving opening remarks as well as moderating a panel entitled, “CEO and General Counsel” from 10:30-11:30am. Brad Kaufman will be speaking on a panel entitled, “Leading the Pack: How Law Firms can Drive Global Equality Forward” from 12:00- 1:00pm. Out in Law is the first LGBT leadership organization for the legal industry, by the legal industry. Out in Law engages senior leaders—LGBT as well as straight allies—across top national and international law firms, client companies and the non-profit sector on vital issues including: (1) cultural change, (2) recruitment, (3) client development and business relationships, and (4) ways to maximize business impact in the law. The inaugural summit took place on March 13, 2014 at the New York University School of Law. As a benefit of membership, all Out in Law firms are part of OutNEXT and have select access to all Out Leadership programming.
