NU Law Sports Law Society Week Panel

In May 2018, the Supreme Court found PASPA unconstitutional in Murphy v. NCAA, and gave individual states the power to legalize sports betting through state legislation. This panel will explore the legal and business impacts of legalizing sports betting in states, and the potential challenges that may arise as more states look to pass sports betting legislation.
