Structuring and Restructuring the Commercial Loan Panel Event

Alan Brody will participate on a panel at an event hosted by the New Jersey Chapters of the Turnaround Management Association and Commercial Finance Association. The panel will discuss the formation of both a newly originated commercial loan and a to be restructured troubled commercial loan, including a discourse on the selection of lenders, format, pricing, financial covenants, risk reduction, mitigation strategies and the interplay with other creditors.
