AILA Web Seminar

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Web Seminar will be held on June 2, 2020. Panel of experts will discuss relevant issues for employment-based I-485 applications. They will address strategies to implement in the event there is a change of corporate structure. They also will provide guidance on considerations that need to be made in the event there is a change in the job that was offered to the applicant. Likewise, they will advise on best practices for, and alternatives to, filing adjustment applications when clients have a constant need to travel abroad.
