The Colorado Privacy Act: The Compliance Process Starts Today

Colorado’s passage of the Colorado Privacy Act will impose comprehensive data privacy and security requirements on many Colorado businesses and non-profits. On Tuesday, July 13, Greenberg Traurig’s Co-Chair of the U.S. Data Privacy and Cybersecurity practice David Zetoony along with associates Karin Ross, Tyler Thompson, and Andrea Maciejewski presented on the applicability and requirements of the Colorado Privacy Act and what businesses should be doing today to prepare.
