GT London Diversity Survey 2019

We are committed to ensuring that all members of staff are treated equally, without discrimination on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.

As a part of this commitment we regularly monitor our workforce and collate statistics relating to such characteristics to ensure that we have an accurate picture of the diversity of our workforce and are aware of the changing picture over time.

In June 2019 we received 113 responses to our questionnaire, equating to 80% of the workforce. The table below is a compilation of the responses received.
