Greenberg Traurig has opened an office in Boca Raton with three lawyers lured to the 340 lawyer firm.
Howard DuBosar and Marvin Kirsner have joined as shareholders and Rachel Dolnick as an associate. The three are from the Boca Raton firm DuBosar & Kirsner.
"We wanted to be in Boca, which is a fast-growing business community, said Greenberg Traurig chief executive Cesar Alvarez. "It is a market we can service well and we have been looking at it off and on for the last several years."
The Boca Raton office will be managed by Howard DuBosar. Howard Bregman, managing shareholder of the firm's West Palm Beach office, will manage the firm's operations in Palm Beach County.
DuBosar's practice focuses on commercial litigation, debtor and creditor rights and bankruptcy. Kirsner's practice deals with corporate, transactional and tax-related issues.
This is the third office the firm has opened this year. The others are in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Philadelphia.
