Greenberg Traurig to Sponsor and Shareholders David Coulson and James Mattesich to Speak at Personal Care Products Council’s Legal & Regulatory Conference

MIAMI May 13, 2015 – International law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will sponsor and shareholders David A. Coulson and James M. Mattesich will speak at the Personal Care Products Council’s Legal & Regulatory Conference taking place from May 13-15, 2015 in Miami, Florida.

Coulson, shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Class Action practice and co-chair of the firm’s Miami Litigation practice, will speak May 13 on “Class Action Landscape and Case Developments.” The session will focus on recent case law developments in the class action arena and address evolving strategic thinking by corporate legal departments when defending against class actions. Coulson is a business litigator and trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and products liability actions in federal and state courts. In addition to prevailing in major cases through dispositive motions, he has tried numerous jury trials to favorable verdicts and has wide-ranging arbitration experience. He is also a skilled problem-solver who searches for cost-effective and creative solutions to help clients achieve results consistent with their business objectives.

Mattesich, shareholder in the Proposition 65 practice, will also speak May 13 on a panel concerning “California Issues – From Politics to Practicalities.” Mattesich’s clients include businesses and trade associations with significant interests in California. He counsels clients in the consumer products industries in regulatory compliance issues, and legislative advocacy efforts.
