A former Bryan Cave LLP attorney with experience guiding investors, lenders and other clients on real estate transactions has joined Greenberg Traurig LLP as a shareholder in its New York office, according to Greenberg Traurig.
Andrew J. Towbin made the move from Bryan Cave to Greenberg Traurig earlier this month, adding to a real estate practice that is expanding amid an active climate for real estate deals, the firm said last week.
“I am pleased to join this prominent group of attorneys I have known and worked with for some time and to continue providing quality representation to the firm’s clients,” Towbin said in a statement emailed to Law360.
