Greenberg Traurig LLP has expanded its Philadelphia office with the addition of a shareholder from Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin PC, focusing on health care, including antitrust matters, fraud and abuse, the firm has announced.
Mark L. Mattioli, who had been chair of the health care practice group at Marshall Dennehey, said he is the only health care attorney for Greenberg Traurig in Philadelphia.
“The firm’s health care practice will benefit greatly from the addition of Mark Mattioli in Philadelphia,” Nancy Taylor, shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s health and FDA business, said in a statement. “With more than 20 years of experience litigating matters in defense of clients in the health care, financial, and insurance industries, Mark will be an asset to the firm’s clients and help us expand our strategic reach in this growing sector.”
Mattioli said he usually works with hospitals, physicians and other providers in antitrust, fraud, anti-abuse and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act work.
