Erika G. Litvak, a partner in Greenberg Traurig's Miami tax practice, has taken an unusual path to success. She came to the United States 12 years ago from her native Argentina, and English is not her first language. She had to attend law school a second time because her Argentine law degree did not allow her to practice in Florida. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law magna cum laude.
Her record of success has continued in her professional career. She made partner five years after starting as an associate.
