Former SEC Muni Enforcement Chief Greenberg Joins Greenberg Traurig

Elaine Greenberg, the former head of the Securities and Exchange Commission's municipal enforcement unit, has joined Greenberg Traurig's Washington D.C. office as a shareholder, the firm announced Tuesday.

Greenberg, who will join the firm's litigation practice, previously worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a partner after leaving the SEC in 2013.
