Greenberg Traurig CEO: Trump disruptions could be good for lawyers, law firm is bullish on Phoenix

Donald Trump’s presidency has created plenty of uncertainty for plenty of industries as well as stock markets.

Pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, tech companies and defense contractors are all wondering what kind of impact — good and bad — Trump will have.

That might just be a good thing for Brian Duffy and Nicole Goodwin.

Duffy is CEO of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP — which has a 35-attorney office in Phoenix.

Goodwin is managing partner at the Phoenix office, which also includes prominent Arizona attorneys such as Quinn Williams, Rebecca Burnham and Jeffrey Verbin.

Greenberg’s local clients include Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE: WMT), Basis Schools Inc., Great Hearts Academies and the city of Phoenix.
