Commercial Property Near Palm Beach's Worth Avenue Sells for $20M

A mixed-use property near Palm Beach's high-end Worth Avenue sold for $19.5 million and will be renovated.

Via Bice Worth Avenue LLC, an affiliate of the Amirsaleh Family Trust, acquired the property at 320 Peruvian Avenue from 313-1/2 Worth Avenue Ltd., which is affiliated with Tricony Management. Greenberg Traurig attorney David M. Layman represented the buyer in the deal.
