Davis’ panel will discuss “Cross Border M&A in 2018 by Industry,” while DiStefano’s panel will cover “Market Trends: Blockchain ICOs: Risk, Regulation and Rewards”.

The AMAA expects more than 400 attendees from around the world, including investment bank executives, private equity investors, senior and mezzanine lenders, CPAs, attorneys, M&A advisors and more.

Davis will be joined on the panel by Raul Valdez-Fauli, Partner, Fox Rothschild; Phillip Lee, Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, Governance Solutions; Robert Q. Lee, Partner, Rimon Law; and Andrew Markus, Partner, Carlton Fields.

“There are some interesting developments in M&A that I look forward to discussing, particularly given the strong potential for repatriation of funds and certain developments in the private equity space,” said Davis. Davis is the Co-Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office, where he oversees approximately 170 attorneys and 200 business staff based in the firm’s founding office, and focuses his corporate and securities practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and large financings with an industry focus on companies in the IT, health care and biotech sectors.

“I am looking forward to discussing with the AMAA audience the potential applications for Blockchain,” said DiStefano, who serves on Greenberg Traurig’s Blockchain Task Force. “This cutting edge electronic ledger technology is certainly one of the most interesting recent developments in the currency realm and will likely factor significantly into global investment strategies in 2018 and beyond.”
