Barclay has experience in general corporate matters, including corporate formation, venture capital financings, and M&A transactions. Prior to private practice, he served as the Associate Counsel at DraftKings Inc., primarily working on corporate and commercial transactions.
Barclay received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.S., cum laude, from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business.
