Greenberg Traurig’s Terence McCourt to Speak at the 2018 BBA Employment Law Conference

BOSTON – Oct. 24, 2018Terence P. McCourt, managing shareholder of the Boston office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and chairman of the office’s Labor & Employment Practice, will be a featured speaker at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Employment Law Conference, Oct. 25, 2018, in Boston, MA.

From 3:30 – 4:30 p.m., McCourt will serve as a speaker on the panel, “Non-Compete Agreements – What You Need to Know About the New Law.” McCourt and fellow panelists will provide an overview of the recently enacted Massachusetts noncompete statute, including the basic requirements for a noncompete agreement, and will discuss practical tips for employers regarding legal compliance.
