Kyle Fox Represents Cotton Creek on Vecta Acquisition

AUSTIN – Oct. 17, 2018 – Kyle K. Fox, a shareholder with the Austin office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Cotton Creek Capital, a private equity firm located in Austin, in its acquisition of Louisiana-based Vecta Environmental Services, LLC.

Known for targeting businesses with earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) between $5 million and $15 million, Cotton Creek Capital also focuses on investing in and growing lower middle market companies. According to Cotton Creek, Vecta, which provides industrial and environmental services to plants and facilities along the U.S. Gulf Coast region, will continue to be led by its current executive team.

Fox is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice. He works with clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions for private equity and venture capital backed companies, and matters relevant to private companies ranging from startups to international business ventures.
