BOSTON – May 7, 2018 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Real Estate Group represented daily fantasy sports company DraftKings, Inc. in the negotiation of a new lease of 105,000 square feet of office space at 500 Boylston St. and 222 Berkeley St. in Boston. The Back Bay property will serve as DraftKings’ new headquarters beginning in 2019, and will accommodate 600 - 750 workers with adjacent space for future growth. The deal closed Jan. 11, 2018.
