Private Equity Lawyer Brian R. Singer Joins Greenberg Traurig in Chicago

CHICAGO – May 16, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues the strategic expansion of its award-winning Corporate Practice with the addition of private equity lawyer Brian R. Singer who joins the firm as of counsel in its Chicago office.

Singer focuses his practice on complex transactions including leveraged buyouts for private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity investments, divestitures, restructurings, and recapitalizations. He also represents private/family-owned companies and private equity funds and their portfolio companies in general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Singer was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP.

Singer earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
